How Do I Apply?

1. Register online and download application packet.

2. Return the completed application, reference forms, recent photo and $25.00 processing fee before May 1at to Cross Style Global Ministries office.

3. Once this application is processed one of our Cross Style Representative will be contact you by phone.

4. Your application will then be reviewed and you will be notified of your status.
